Every review below is a real, verified 5-star Google review left by an Edmonton-area client. These are the top-rated experiences from our public Google profile.
Inspectors don't see your house again after the report is signed. A long, public review history is the closest thing buyers and realtors have to a warranty on the quality of work — that's why ours is the first thing we point new clients to.
First-time buyers, repeat clients, sellers protecting a listing, and the Edmonton, Sherwood Park, St. Albert, and Leduc realtors who send their clients to us week after week.
Had a great experience with our team? A short Google review takes about sixty seconds and genuinely helps other Edmonton homeowners find an honest, ticketed inspector. The "Leave Us A Review" button at the bottom-left of the page goes straight there.
